Today’s times it’s hard to find people willing to take the time. Unless you fix it yourself there are very few places you can trust really eat from. I want to start my own restaurant some day that people can really trust. Everyone says it can’t be done. I know it will happen. I don’t dream of the profit but of the good it will do for others.

If dehydrating it, cook and dry rice separately since it dries quickly. When soup is all dry, add rice to the same bag.
