Tanja – that’s a great way to do it. Blending the peppers with the cream cheese ahead of time is also lets you control the heat. I’ve inadvertently had a big bite of pure chipotle pepper before and my mouth and lips were burning for a while!

My husband and I really loved it. I did a couple of things different though. I made chipotle cream cheese before I left by adding a block of cream cheese and two peppers in a food processor and blending until smooth. This works great as a dip too. I also used “everything” bagels. Wonderful!
