Heat up skillet on camp stove. When the skillet is hot, lay bacon slices down and let them brown, turning them over periodically. Cook until crispy.
Remove bacon from skillet and place in a paper towel to absorb extra grease. Set aside.
Spread out halved bagels on flat surface. Take cream cheese and knife and spread a generous amount on each half. Set the 4 bagel tops aside. With the same knife, spread the sliced chipotle pepper and the adobo sauce on the bottom bagel halves. Use more chipotle pepper and adobo sauce if you like it spicy!
Next comes bacon (3 pieces/sandwich) and turkey (2 slices/sandwich).
Top it all off with sliced avocado and seal the deal with the top bagel half.
