Mmmmm….. This sounds yummy! I’m thinking that adding some oats(just a bit) would make this a little more hearty or even a breakfast type dish. Going to try it all ways and i’ll let you know! Thanks so much!

Emily..I LOVE fried bananas so when I saw this I was instantly intrigued! Grilled is even better. I cannot wait to try this. It sounds yummy! Have you guys thought about trying to get a publisher for your own magazine? Your ideas are awesome.
