Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (or substitute another fruit juice)
  • 1 teaspoon citrus zest
  • Pretzels (I prefer rods) for dipping

Tools

  • Small bowl
  • Small pot
  • Whisk

Method

  1. Combine honey, mustard, and juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together to combine.
  2. Allow to simmer and reduce, stirring occasionally, until thick enough to dip.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl or tupperware and chill.
  4. Serve with pretzels.
