					<description><![CDATA[YUMMMM!!!!  I made this 3 times in 3 weeks!! Each time I think to myself that I could eat the whole pan! First I used our fresh apricots, then our fresh plums, third some of each. With both, I washed and chopped about 6 cups worth of fruit, then cooked with ~ 1 cup sugar ,and later 2 T corn starch, until they were somewhat the consistency of jam. I do not like the smell or taste of coconut, but I tried the organic Kirkland coconut oil and I loved it in place of butter!  I used a pastry blender and it made for super quick prep. The bars were well received at the pool parties - nice summer treat! Thank you for sharing it!]]></description>
