In reply to Dave.

Dave, that's a great question. I haven't done much with dehydrating sauces, but I think it would work great. I would try it at home before your trip, and then take pictures and tell us all about it. Thanks in advance, and good luck!

Got a question. I have been searching online about dehydrated meals that are quick and easy. I just got a dehydrator. I want to use my jetboil to boil water and then add to my meal, stir, let sit and then eat... just like mountain house meals but without the high salt. Can I dehydrate cooked pasta with cheese on it and then hydrate it back?
