Ha, good eye Wynne! We originally tested the recipe with cucumber slices inside, but by the time lunch rolled around they had gotten a bit soggy. We removed them from the recipe, but I’ll bet pickles would be just fine. They’d also probably be good in there if you ate lunch soon after putting the wraps together. Thanks!

Hey Crystal! That’s great news. You’re such a good recipe tester. Let us know if you do anything else to them we need to try. We’ve done cucumbers, but that only works if they can stay cold.
