Ingredients
- 2 cups whole raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- Zest of one orange
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Orange slices
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together oils, soy sauce, and orange zest.
- Place almonds onto your sheet pan and pour the oil mixture over the almonds. Toss to fully coat. Sprinkle with salt.
- Shake the pan until almonds are all in one layer. Add orange slices to the pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once, until almonds are toasted and crunchy.
- Let cool and transfer to a jar.
