Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Orange slices

  • Half Sheet Pan

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together oils, soy sauce, and orange zest.
  3. Place almonds onto your sheet pan and pour the oil mixture over the almonds. Toss to fully coat. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Shake the pan until almonds are all in one layer. Add orange slices to the pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once, until almonds are toasted and crunchy.
  6. Let cool and transfer to a jar.
