We make these all the time in the oven, but as “potato pizzas” with a little pizza sauce, some mozzarella and whatever pizza toppings you want. I can’t wait to try them out in the dutch oven. Awesome idea!

Thanks Henry. Yes, we made these first in the backyard fire pit to see if they would turn out well. I'm sure the oven would be perfectly fine as well.
