Ingredients

  • 12 strips bacon (or tempeh bacon)
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 large bell pepper, cut into long thin strips
  • 4 leaves kale, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup bottled goddess dressing

Tools

Method

  1. First, cook the bacon in a skillet. If you’re using tempeh bacon (highly recommended!), cook it in a little oil to crisp it up.
  2. Spread about two tablespoons of cream cheese on each of the tortilla wraps.
  3. Next, divide the lentils between the tortillas, followed by the bell pepper and kale.
  4. Drizzle about two tablespoons of the goddess dressing on top of the vegetables.
  5. Roll up tightly like a burrito and then wrap in plastic wrap or foil for your adventure.
