I made fig and orange fruit leather from our fruit trees, put them on parchment paper on cookie sheets in the sun on our car’s dashboard for half a week (the dashboard was usually around 140 during the day) and they came out really well! Any idea what the shelf life of these might be in an airtight container?

I know I’m a little late to the party, but I wondered about mixing this spice blend with olive oil and brushing it on top of either baking or freshly baked bread. My local sandwich shop puts something delicious (and I can detect brown sugar and cumin at least) on their foccacia bread. I want to try it on a plain sourdough bread that I’ve got proofing in the refrigerator. But will definitely be trying it on wings too!
